🧤August 2022 Updates

🚨Attendance Alarm

Monitoring attendance at your workplaces also involves making sure people arrive or leave at the desired time.

To help with that, we've created a new alarm that notifies you if:

  • No one is checked in at a certain time, to alert about tardiness.
  • Someone has not checked out at a time, to alert about exceeded time on site.

How to test 👇

Available in Doorkeeper Lite and Doorkeeper Pro.

Using the Nirovision web and mobile applications, create an Attendance alarm.

For example, you may want to receive an alert if no Staff have checked in to your site by 11.01 am on a weekday.

schedule

Once the alarm is enabled, Nirovision will automatically check for attendance based on the defined time and schedule.

If no enrolled identity with the Staff label is checked in by 9 am the next available work day, Nirovision will issue these notifications:

You can always look back at them filtering your activity by Alarm Triggers.

What else is 🆕?

Checked out elsewhere

If your site has more than one location, checking in on one location now checks you out from another - saving you time without compromising the quality of your attendance records.

Device and document status

A 🟡 indicator in the Nirovision web app's navigation bar menu now informs you whenever a device is offline or one or more documents need to be reviewed.

Static QR
  • Admins, if you need to manually create or update a check in record, you'll find an improved DateTime selector in the web app.

  • Our mobile and web apps filter low-quality events by default to minimise noise within the Activity view - review them via the Quality filter.

🔴 What's Fixed

  • We fixed an issue around calendar enrolment invites, keep on pre-registering!
  • We fixed an issue with Check-in and Attendance widgets not displaying up-to-date information.
  • The list of evacuation reports should be complete again, and ready for reviews and audits.
  • We fixed a bug that inadvertently disconnected other Bluetooth devices when connecting the thermometer to Doorkeeper.
  • Users that do not belong to a company aren't greeted by a spinner anymore.
  • We added Bluetooth support for the Brother label printer integration and streamlined the discovery and connection experience.
