๐Ÿ†• Features

๐Ÿ“ƒ Surveys support PDFs

Surveys now offer the ability to display PDFs, in addition to eleven other field types, providing more visual means to convey information and instructions to your visitors.

  • On the Nirovision web app, navigate to Settings > (Company) > Documents to create a new survey or edit an existing one.
  • Add a field type PDF, and paste the corresponding URL (they need to be publicly host - we can do that for you!).

Generate comprehensive reports with ease.

Attendance exports can optionally include a breakdown per individual, per day, highlighting total hours on site and break times (if any).

๐Ÿ”ด Offline hubs and cameras banner

Nirovision polls for updates every 15 seconds, so this information is always up to date.

Additionally, if the hub or camera have been offline for over 30 minutes, you will also see a red banner in the web app.

๐Ÿ”ต What's Improved

  • We have tidied up the Rapid Integration's settings, and took the opportunity to update the support document in the process.
  • Most of Doorkeeper's settings can be adjusted remotely, from the Nirovision web app. Simply head over to Devices, and click on the Doorkeeper you'd like to customise.

๐Ÿ”ด What's Fixed

  • We fixed a few issues related to BAC and temperature checks using Doorkeeper, where values were not being recorded properly.
  • We fixed the Today button, which should always refetch content to make sure you're always looking at the most up-to-date view of your activity.
  • Rejected survey answers weren't highlighted for some customers. This should be fixed now.
  • In some cases, cameras and servers appeared offline when they weren't. Statuses should be correctly reflected now.
  • If a profile did not have any labels assigned, there was no visible way to add one in the Profiles view. A โž• button now helps with that - crucial to grant access to your site appropriately.
  • We fixed the Activity Column titles, as sometimes the incorrect title appeared.

๐Ÿ“ก This release includes minor security improvements and performance improvements.

We encourage you to keep your Nirovision and Doorkeeper applications always up to date โ€ผ๏ธ
