QR check-ins needn't be inconvenient.

Give visitors and contractors the opportunity to check out from their mobile devices, and keep records of their visit.

How to test👇

Available in Doorkeeper Lite and Doorkeeper Pro.

Using their mobile device, a visitor scans your site's QR code to check in-printed, or displayed by an iPad kiosk.

The visitor completes his entry requirements using their usual browser - if everything checks out, they'll be checked in and an ID badge will appear. The badge will update when they take breaks and check out.

Admins can review and export this data via the Nirovision apps.

Trigger an evacuation using phones or iPads. Instantly message everyone on-site. Face-check using your phone's camera and automatically log people accounted for.

Start an Evacuation from the Nirovision applications.

This will trigger an immediate email to everyone checked in on your premises. All connected Doorkeepers will swap to Evacuation Mode, which disallows registrations and checkouts.

Mark people off a list, or use your mobile's camera for instant face-checks. One or more Admins can manage an ongoing evacuation.

A summary report will be generated as soon as the evacuation is finalised.

What else is 🆕?

  • Admins can access a new Documents list view to manage surveys, courses and files in Nirovision. Review, approve or reject any document in the list, creating an audit trail of changes that can be revisited at any time. Know who is compliant to access your site, in a glimpse.

  • Check-ins can be reviewed via the apps, but also exported for further analysis. We've added the ability to export a custom time range, and a few report settings to help with the task.

  • The status of all Doorkeepers, Hubs, IP Cameras in your account is now available on the Devices tab of the Nirovision web app 🎉

    🔵 What's Improved

    • The phone field now has an automated and hand country-code selector, to help onboard your visitors quicker.
    • We've made it even easier to post alerts to Slack. We've also consolidated the Activity trigger filters so that you can find relevant activity quicker.
    • Integrations supercharge your entry workflows and unlock the potential behind your data. Have a look at the new integrations tab in your settings, which now also includes the API Client and webhook config.
    • To keep track of check-ins and registrations at your premises, you need a gallery of identities - so the sooner it's built, the better. We've improved the procecss of importing a .CSV of Identity data to help you bring data from third-party applications to Nirovision.
    • Surveys have found a new home under Documents.
    • BAC values are now stored and displayed in both the Events and Check-ins view of your Activity.
    • We continue to update our rules engine to simplify the creation and management of multiple entry workflows. Stop by Locations in your Settings to have a look at the latest.

      • A few issues associated with data imports.
      • Multi-company users should be able to swap companies with ease.
      • UI issues related to Onboarding and Access Rules.
      • Phones and emails are visible again in the Identities tab.
      • BAC checks can be performed during enrolments once again.
