🔮 Powerful insights, at a glance

Know what's happening with the new Insights Dashboard, starting with how many people are currently on site.

  • Find quick answers with a summarised view of key daily data.
  • The dashboard is always up-to-date, and accessible from anywhere.

How to test👇 (requires Check-ins enabled)

  • Log in to the Nirovision web app. You'll notice a new tab called Insights. Tap on it.
  • The dashboard will update the Attendance, Activity, Alerts and Temperature cards with all the daily results so far.

🎁 New in Doorkeeper

URL Redirects ♻️

URL redirects can be configured as a step in the check-in process 🎉.

  • As the last step, to instruct users to complete certain actions: i.e. checking in to the ServiceNSW app or other State applications.
  • Based on the answers, to present timely information to relevant users only: i.e. displaying an Area Map to first-time visitors.

🪄 Setup Wizard

A new kiosk can be up and running in less than a minute, with the help of a setup wizard that guides you through the main settings...

👀 Notice the Doorkeeper Unlocked warning that appears as soon as the setup is complete?

This is a new security feature: Doorkeeper will display a warning if Guided Access is disabled.

🔵 What's Improved

  • Have you seen Doorkeeper's new standby screen? Update the application to check the new helpful hints and its bright blue hue 💙
  • The Check-ins view should look cleaner, now that we filter out activity with Wait status by default. To display it, simply click on the Show Wait checkbox in the status filter options.
  • Check-in records can be filtered by labels 🎉 in addition to existing filters.
  • We made a few improvements to the overall Printing experience 🥽

🔴 What's Fixed

  • Skipping non-required questions works as expected now, leaving a trace of blank answers.
  • If you delete an identity, its past check-in records will retain the person's name until they expire, for auditing purposes.
  • Calendar views now include references to all check-outs, including edits and automatically generated check outs. You'll soon be able to configure them too.
  • Hub software update and supported application fixes.
