🎄 Doorkeeper's new features

Every workplace has different needs - that's why Doorkeeper's screens are customisable... even more so with every release!

✏️ Display names, profile pictures and times - or do without them entirely.

✏️ Choose the display mode that suits you best: Check-In, Clock-On...

✏️ Write custom instructions for every screen, even the one displayed straight after survey completion.

✏️ Disable on-screen everything for a fully touchless experience.

✏️ Add a liveness check.

✏️ Decide how long you need to remain in frame to be checked out.

✏️ We added a new onscreen warnings to alert if guided access is disabled, and whenever an update to Doorkeeper app becomes available to install.

✏️ New icons will highlight errors associated with the thermometer, printer and access control.

✏️ We added support for two new label sizes: Coloured 62mm rolls (DK-22251) and black 62mm rolls (DK-22205).

Doorkeeper uses facial recognition technology to automate touchless and proof-positive attendance records.

How to test👇 (requires Check-ins enabled)

Go to the Activity view and change your layout from Check-ins, to Attendance, using the menu at the top left corner of your screen.

  • Click on any person in the list to view their profile.
  • Sort by attendance time, number of days on-site, total check-ins or alphabetically. Change the time reference using tabs or navigate with the arrows.
  • Click on the downward arrow share icon to export a .csv file of attendance data, filtered or unfiltered.




🔵 What's Improved

In true holiday season spirit 🎅🏼 we polished Doorkeeper's UX.

  • The screen should feel less flickery; even if the person in front of Doorkeeper is fidgeting - we humans do move a lot!
  • We require bigger faces to check in now, to reduce accidental background activity.
  • We improved Doorkeeper's mask detection, to give even more precise instructions during check-ins.

🔴 What's Fixed

  • We fixed a bug preventing some check-ins from being displayed in the Activity > Check-Ins view; and another bug that got in the way of weekly views when loading them on a Sunday.
  • Hub software update and supported application fixes.
  • Many minor bugs across our applications - there has never been a better time to update them 🎁.
